Man says he’s dog-tired of stray pets
Columbia resident Wendell Davis says he’s fed up with his neighbor’s dogs traipsing through his yard. “I’m tired of walking in crap,” Davis said Friday after calling authorities about three dogs roaming through his back yard. “It’s an ongoing problem, and I’m really frustrated.”
